The condominium owners requested a master plan for the redevelopment of their beachfront, marina, park space and playgrounds. The areas adjacent to the site had yet to be fully developed, but were likely to be. To avoid a feeling of encroachment by neighbours, Bortolotto’s strategy was to stake out the perimeter, optimizing land use and enjoyment prior to adjacent development.
